Straight edges at last
I have wrapped presents crooked for thirty years. Now I pull it along the roll and the edge comes out straight.
Eva in Sweden, 2 December
Put it on the paper roll and pull. The edge comes out straight, with no scissors and no trimming it again. You get two, one for you and one for someone you like.
“Straight edges on the first try. I gave the second one away.”
Colour: Two green
In the pack: two cutters
Roll out as much paper as you need. Thread the paper into the slot, hold the roll and pull the cutter straight across. It also works on loose sheets against the edge of a table.
Julsnittet
Step 1:Put it on the roll. The paper runs through the slot under the cutter.
Step 2:Pull. One even pull across the whole width. The blade sits protected inside.
Step 3:Done. A straight edge that folds neatly, without trimming it again.
This is usually how it goes. First you buy one for yourself in November.
Then you wrap your mum’s present and realise she needs one of her own. She likes it straight away.
On Christmas Eve your mother-in-law sees it and asks if she can have one of those. The year after, everyone in the family has their own Julsnittet.
That is why you get two.

Scissors work. They are just not made for four metres of glossy paper the night before Christmas Eve.

Most small Christmas gifts end up in a drawer in January. This one comes out again for the next birthday, the christening and next Christmas. It takes up no space and the blade lasts a long time.
Works as a gift for your host, for Secret Santa or in the stocking.

Good that you get two. The second one went in my sister’s Christmas present and she has already used it for birthdays.
Johan in Sweden, 19 December
Much faster than scissors. It took one roll to learn how hard to pull, then it just went.
Mona in Norway, 11 December
Ordered in mid-December and the parcel arrived several days before Christmas Eve.
Sofia in Sweden, 20 December
Bought several packs and put them in the Christmas stockings. Everyone has used them.
Linda in Sweden, 22 December
My husband wrapped all the presents this year, and for once I did not have to fix the edges.
Petra in Sweden, 21 December
Works best on ordinary wrapping paper. A bit awkward the first time, then it was quick.
Fredrik in Sweden, 10 December
Now lives in the drawer with the wrapping paper and gets used for every birthday, not just Christmas.
Malin in Sweden, 8 February
The blade is protected, so our ten-year-old got to wrap his own presents this year.
Sanna in Sweden, 17 December
Good price for two. One of them is at my mum’s now.
Oskar in Sweden, 14 December
Straight cuts every time. The green colour is easy to spot in the paper mess.
Ida in Sweden, 12 December
I had seen it in an ad and had my doubts, but it works exactly like in the video.
Karl in Sweden, 6 December
Snödrivan is the thick bubble blanket that takes over the whole sofa. It is as good to give away as it is to keep.
