When the contract applies
The contract applies once you have received an order confirmation by email. Check that the details are correct and get in touch straight away if anything is wrong.
If an item sells out after you have ordered, we will contact you and refund what you paid for it.

You have the right to make a claim for faults for up to three years from when you received the item, under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act. Contact us within a reasonable time after you discover the fault, preferably with a photo.
We pay the return postage for an approved claim and offer a repair, a new item or your money back.
If we disagree
Contact us first and we will try to sort it out. If we cannot agree, you can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), arn.se. We follow ARN’s decisions.
