Where is my parcel?
You will find the tracking link in the email you got when the parcel was sent. You can also track it with your order number and email on the Track your order page.
Can I change my order?
Yes, if it has not been sent yet. Write to us as soon as you can.
Something arrived broken. What do I do?
Take a photo and send it to us. We will send a new one or refund you, you choose.
