Delivery time and cost

Carrier and tracking
You get a tracking link by email when the parcel has been sent, and you can also track it with your order number on the Track your order page.
Customs and charges
Within the EU you pay nothing extra on delivery. For countries outside the EU, such as Norway and the United Kingdom, you can see at checkout whether VAT and any charges are included in the price or collected on delivery.
If the parcel is delayed or comes back
If the delivery is significantly delayed, you have the right to cancel the purchase and get your money back under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act. If you do not collect a parcel and it is sent back to us, we may deduct the delivery cost from the refund.
